Those answers tell us whether we are likely looking at a worn hinge pin, a leaking cylinder seal or a tired torsion spring, and what parts to bring. Then we set a visit around your receiving windows so the work causes as little downtime as possible.

After we look at the dock in person, you get a clear explanation of what we found, what can wait and what should not, so you can plan spending across the year. Our technicians are first aid and CPR certified, and the labor on our repairs carries a 1-year labor warranty. We serve facilities across Bethlehem and nearby towns such as Allentown, Hellertown and Catasauqua.
